Privacy policy

This policy explains what NewMedia Dallas collects when you use this site and why.

Reading the site

You can read everything here without an account. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps standard request logs for security for a short time.

Contact and advertising forms

When you write to us we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply, along with a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse. We send you one automatic confirmation email. Messages are deleted after 90 days.

Videos and podcasts

Videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed, which does not set cookies until you press play. Podcast episodes stream from the podcaster's own host. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete anything you sent us through the contact page.
